Jampacked Careers is a small business that offers careers advice and support to parents, young people and adults. Our registered address is: Apt 29809, Chynowth House, Trevissome Park, Truro, TR4 8UN

You will usually be aware of the information that we collect about you because you provide it to us directly. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide in any other way.

We use the information we hold about you in the following ways:
To provide and administer our services, such as providing careers support.
To meet obligations arising from any contractual agreements made between you and us.
To respond to enquiries or requests for information, or to follow-up on such requests at a later date.
To contact you about new services or new careers information that may be relevant to you.
To provide evidence to our funders that we have fulfilled our contract with them (our service to support people to find a job is funded by local government or community organisations).
To ensure that content on our website is presented in the most effective way for you and for your computer.
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our website.
To analyse and improve the effectiveness of our services.
To do anything required of us by law.
4. Who we share your information with and why we do this
We may share information you have provided to us for the purposes mentioned in section 3 above. In particular, we share your information with organisations which collect, process, and store your information on our behalf including Wix.com where Jampackedcareers website is hosted and Mailchimp which we use to manage our email communications to you. We may share analysis of our services with other third parties, provided that the analysis cannot be used to identify you individually.
Your data maybe stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Your information is held on secure servers. Where you have a password which enables you to access parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and we ask you not to share it with anyone.

If we are being funded, it is possible that our funders may require us to provide information in order to evidence that we have fulfilled our contract with them.
We will also retain data in an anonymised form, for statistical and analytical purposes.
8. When can you ask us to stop using your information?
You can ask us to stop sending you emails with information to help you progress your career, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the foot of our emails at any time. Alternatively, to ask us to stop using your information, you can write to email@example.com
9. Correcting and updating your information
We rely on you to ensure that your details are kept up to date. If your details change, for example if your address changes, please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
10. What happens if you don’t give us some of your personal information?
Where you do not provide the personal information we need to provide the service you ask us for, or to fulfil a legal requirement, we will not be able to provide the service. We will tell you why we need the information when we ask you for it.
